I have a sony vaio, its a PCG but is acting like a VGN according to your discription.
With VGN you enter the password wrong 3 times and it will give you a one-time-key, make sure your charger is connected and you leave your laptop powered on until we return the password (if you turn off the laptop it’ll generate a new key)
So, what do you need from me to rest the bios password?

I am looking for the BIOS password of my Siemens Fujitsu Lifebook S7020.
My BIOS is Phoenix version 1.07.
Entering a wrong BIOS setup password three times produces the message:
System disabled
but the xxx-xxx-xxx-xxx-xxx hash code – as you say in your guide – does not show up.
Any suggestion who to proceed?
