Reveal Google Chrome Passwords
Being a new browser most people don’t know where to find their stored passwords. To reveal your passwords
Open your Google Chrome browser, click on the Wrench icon in the upper right corner of the screen, then click Options.
In the Options window click the Minor Tweaks tab.
Make sure that “Offer to save passwords” is selected.
On the Passwords window select the website from which you want to retrieve the password, then click the “Show Password” button. The password will appear below the button and the button will now read “Hide Password.”

Many thanks. It’s amazing how many websites require logins and it’s not always possible to use the same one for all of them. This tip has proven to be very useful to me. Again, thank you.

Thank you so much for the information. It’s impossibile, as Andy said, to remember all the passwords.

If the password storage is not protected with a master password, anyone with access to your web browser can see your passwords.
This is a potential security risk.
Sorry for my English, and remember that this is my opinion.

These instructions no longer work. The password access point is different in the new versions of Chrome and when I get there, it does NOT show the passwords in real letters anymore but only in the form of the black circles.
So, how do I see my passwords now?

Nevermind. It works now. But, the instructions are not correct anymore since the Chrome browser has changed a lot since this process was written.
